Oliver graduated from the University of Miami in 2006, and serves as the Institute’s Director of economics. Oliver lives in Washington, D.C, where he is also a J.D. candidate at George Mason University School of Law. His interests include traveling, foreign languages, University of Miami football, and the art of brewing coffee.
